How To - liveRES Tables Header


The header of every screen in Tables contains basic information to help with your business. The header contains:


  • Five tab pages providing access to the main areas of the app.

  • The Site name

  • Tables connection status

  • Customer Database connection status

  • SMS Gateway connection status

  • Search icon to allow you to search the Tables customer database

  • Add Guest icon

  • The current time and date

  • Inbox icon to show the number of unread messages

  • Tables available icon to show the number of unoccupied tables

  • Settings icon to provide access to host-level configurations



The Connection Status Indicators in the header provide a real-time visual prompt allowing users to check that the system is running smoothly.

For example, if the connection status of the SMS Gateway becomes offline, a message is displayed to the host user in the header in red.



Once it is back online the message is cleared off the header, but the notification remains available in the host Inbox.
